Both Stanford and Yale said I can.They also look other aspects like mature and...the 2 schools are non-binding,if I was accepted,and then if I have a need of money,they'll give me enough.

Stanford is not need blind to international students. THe school specifically states

Stanford has a limited amount of financial aid for international students (students who are neither U.S. Citizens nor U.S. Permanent Residents), and the need for aid will be a major factor in your admission decision. You must indicate on the Basic Information Form of the Application for Admission whether or not you intend to apply for financial aid and also must indicate how much money you have available per year for your educational and living expenses.

Your explanation of why you want to apply as a junior is really interesting. You could develop it into a good essay. Make sure to have a native speaker of English proofread your essays; people on this board are usually happy to do it. Study hard for the SATs and good luck!

Thanks.
"Stanford will meet 100% of all admitted students demonstrated financial need in the case of international students, Stanford will meet 100% of your demonstrated financial need if you have indicated on your application you wish to be considered for financial aid and our financial analysis indicates that you in fact qualify for need-based aid."
That means only two results,reject or admit with scholarship.Good enough for me.

I'm sure you can get some help on this one ... the US is a big place with varied conditions ... it would help is we knew your preferences.
* Do you care if you go to school in a city or small town
* Do you care if it tends to be hot or gets cold where you go to school
* Do you need to be near an ocean ... or the mountains ... or lakes?
* Do you want to avoi snow ... or be near it?
* etc

There are 3000+ schools in the US so providing some hints will help us help you.

1.Prefer city, if the campus is good enough,town is OK.
2.In my home town,summer is +25 centigrade and winter is -25 centigrade.
so the same or warmer will be OK.
3.Snow,ocean,mountain,lakes I don't care,but no monsters.
4.prefer safe place.If the police system is strong enough,dangerous place OK.LIke Miami and Chicago.
