Applying as a high school junior.help!

I am applying as a high school junior to Stanford EA or Yale EA.
They are both my favourite schools and I don't know which to choose.
My SATs are in Otc and Nov ,so I don't know what they'll be like.
1.Stanford requires much more essays in such limited time while Yale requires fewer essays but TOEFL and interview.
2.Yale admins said that they rarely have junior applicants and they suggest students to finish high school while stanford welcome high school juniors.
3.Also,from CC and my friends It seems that this year Stanford EA applicants are much stronger and more competitive than yale(I mean average) while Yale seems to be larger in amount.
I really don't know which one I should apply to.
I hope to major in chemistry, biology, economics or applied math.(everything is OK except pre-med)
And I am a female from mainland China.
Some advices~Thank you

Apply to whichever you prefer to end up going to. Most probably you will not get into either. If you are applying as an early HS grad, it makes more sense to apply RD because you will have one more semester of grades to show (unless you took a lot of college classes, and got good grades in them).
November SAT scores could be too late for Stanford EA.

But I prefer to get a result at the end of this year.So I can decide whether to continue RD..or to study to get into a Chinese University.YOu know..works are really hard in China.
and we don't offer AP or IB classes here,so high school in so limited for me.
