Applying Early to the College...Will I Be Happy on Dec 15?

Rank: official: 73/760, but I transferred schools, so my counselor will include an addendum with an adjusted, unofficial rank of 15/760 (i got screwed over when they tried to equate my freshman year grades)

This year: Pre-AP Physics, AP Calc BC, AP Micro, AP French Lit, AP Comp Sci, AP English Lit, AP Gov, H Debate, and TOK.</p>

I know I have an okay shot, but I don't know exactly how gooood... and I keep on worrying about my "official" class rank </p>

<p>...oh and nobody from my school has gone to GTown in 6 years despite numerous acceptances in ivies. - in part b/c top kids dont apply to gtown and i guess, also, gtown doesnt like us... :/</p>

<p>Yes I assume you will be happy come dec. 15. It looks like everything matches up as long as the rank issue is cleared up.</p>

<p>yeah... well officially my class rank won't change, but my counselor will explain how my transferring affected it and will add in the other class rank...</p>

<p>just curious as to how you managed to take that many AP courses while being an IB candidate?</p>

<p>all the courses are AP/IB, so they are AP courses but the IB kids have to do more projects read more books, and take the actual IB exams. </p>

<p>And then the other IB stuff is taking TOK and community service. So, all together its not that bad.</p>

<p>except those three weeks in May of AP/IB exams is very interesting... :)</p>
