Applying From Dubai- US Citizen (Please Chance!)

I am a Junior in High School living Overseas
GPA: unweighted (3.3 not sure..)
SAT 1: 1760
SAT 11: Will be taking it in May to correlate to my AP's
AP's:
Since my school only allows us to take AP's in Junior/Senior Year
Junior Year (right now): AP Biology, AP Language and Composition
Senior Year: AP Statistics, AP Economics, AP Literature</p>

<p>EC's:
- Captain of my School Academic Games Team
- Founder of a Club called "Power of X" ( a club geared to helping less fortunate girls and women in my home country of Somalia receive an education and advance)
- Member of my schools GAIA Alliance
- Officer of the ISA ( International Students Association)
- Recipient of the Alliance for Art and Writing Silver Award (Poetry)</p>

<p>Ethnicity: URM (African descent grew up in the united states)
and Biracial (Mother from Dubai, Father (a refugee from Somalia)
Income Bracket: (40,000-60,000 Dollars)</p>

<p>Interested in International Relations/Economics/Sociology</p>

<p>Although my SAT Score is incredibly low, I'm really interested in Wellesley and would love to make a difference in my home country (Somalia)</p>

<p>You reeeeeaally need to raise your SAT and GPA. And it wouldn’t hurt to have more extracurricular and volunteer stuff. As of now, you probably wouldn’t make it but the good thing is, you still have an entire year to improve :slight_smile: I’m so jealous. Haha.</p>
