<p>One of my friends who did not get into Michigan is going to apply for transfer in December and try to be at Michigan at the beginning of his sophomore year. What is the likelihood of someone getting admitted after only one semester at another college? His high school GPA was about 3.6 and he has pretty much the same thing in college. He also has a 33 ACT score and because of APs, would likely have 38 credits that Michigan would count.</p>
