So, as you know, we have to fill out if we want to have a secondary school on the supplement, as well as writing another essay (groan). How will it affect my application if I decide to apply for CALS primary and CAS secondary? I am planning on majoring in neuroscience for CALS and either biology or psychology if I get accepted to CAS. Thanks.

I don't think it makes you significantly more or less likely to be admitted period if you do primary/alternate versus applying to only one school. Your alternate school's admissions does see that you're their second choice, but when I was visiting Cornell, the admissions people I talked to felt that even though one college is your second choice, they don't think you'll be treated differently than if you had just applied to that one college.
