Applying to SEAS?

If I want to apply to SEAS, do I have to complete AP Physics before I apply? I'm taking AP Physics 1+2 right now as a senior, and I should get an A by the end of the semester, but I'm worried that since I won't have finished the course by the time I apply I won't get in. Is this true?

I've already taken AP Chem and AP Bio (A's in both, 5's on both AP tests) along with SAT Math II (800) and SAT Chem (790)

Not true – DD was accepted to SEAS a few years ago before she completed AP Physics. She took it senior year same as you.

Ok. On the Penn website, though, they say they “strongly recommend” taking the SAT II physics exam. If I haven’t taken it, should I still apply?

D also did not take SAT II Physics exam. She took SAT II Chemistry same as you. It says physics is strongly recommended, not required.

DS never had AP Physics. He had a general physics course junior year and took the SAT II in October of senior year. He is currently a freshman at Penn, majoring in chemical and biomolecular engineering.
