<p>Ok, so I basically lost all hopes of going to California for my undergraduate years. Lets say I go to the University of Florida’s honors program for my undergrad. What are the recommended stats for a transfer student applying to the UC schools for their graduate year? How will my finances be taken care of considering that I am Low income? Would scholarships offered by UF be an option?</p>
