<p>I'm looking to transfer from my current school to a smaller liberal arts school. At the moment i have a list of 10 schools (a mix of matches and reaches) but i was wondering if that was too many? It feels like a lot. How many schools do people typically apply to when transferring? Thanks!</p>
<p>10 schools may not be “too many” if you have no safeties. Colleges often have different deadlines and notification dates. Once you get an acceptance that you are happy with, you can always stop applying to other schools.</p>
