<p>I currently attend a community college in South Carolina and am looking to transfer to a four year university(University of South Carolina) in the Fall of 2013. If I submit my application,will my community college know that I plan to transfer? What I mean is, will the U of SC contact my community college to request information about me or ask for a transcript?</p>
