Applying to Two Schools within upenn

<p>On their website, upenn said that students applying early decision may only apply to one college within the school. Does that mean that it is possible to apply to both wharton and CAS if i apply regular?</p>

<p>Also... how much easier is it to get into Upenn early than regular if Im NOT legacy.</p>

<p>You can’t apply to more than one college unless you’re doing one of the joint degree programs like Huntsman or M&T.</p>
