I live in North Carolina and wish to apply to UCLA, UCSD, and UCB.
I have a few questions.
1. When I put my classes I have taken in the application, do I put all my classes except AP classes as NH (not honors) because I live out of the state?
2. What do I put under the "Coursework Other Than A-G" category?
3. Is there any additional information I might need to know about applying out of state?
Thanks!!

Be sure you understand that you will never qualify for in-state rates. A lot of people have the idea they will move to CA and after a year establish residency; not going to happen, as far as the UC system is concerned.

IMHO you can get the same large classes and impersonal atmosphere for a lot less at publics in your state.

You won’t get to live in LA, SF, or SD though…Pretty big deal to me. Plus UCLA, UCSD, and UCB are all very highly regarded nationally. They’re among the top 10 public schools I think (not sure about UCSD).

Come to Cali…come…
