<p>UC’s want test scores, grades and if you are OOS, full pay. That means $55K to 60K per year. No amount of trying to get around those factors is going to work. The UC’s get applications from all over the country and getting in to those schools is very competitive and crowded, and no financial aid, from California taxpayers, is used to fund people coming in from outside of California; no matter what state or country.</p>
