Applying to Wake Forest: Should I send these SAT scores?

Hi, this is a little long so bear with me :). First, both my Math and Critical Reading scores are 620. My Writing wasn’t too hot but WF doesn’t even acknowledge it so I’m not going to mention it here. Anyways, I went for an interview which went well. Additionally, I’ve written a very strong application essay with the editing help of an editor from ess@yedge. Also, my GPA is 3.77 with a curriculum that was considered “very demanding” (which is right under the highest rating @ common app “most demanding”). Next, both my counselor and teacher wrote excellent recommendations concerning “outstanding” character, “hard worker”, ect. Finally, I have very strong leadership roles in my school/out in the community with Habitat for Humanity and the local Rescue Squad.

Essentially, I’m not asking to be reassured or doomed in terms of acceptance [since I’ve already applied Early Decision], I just wanted to know if sending my scores will hurt or help. In my opinion, the rest of my application is solid, but I know the stats and where I fall on that “50% SAT range”. Since WF is SAT optional, I also realize that they can’t “legally” look down on one candidate who didn’t submit scores over another who submitted 620s. However, they can consider SAT scores submitted as a liability or attribute.

So my question is this, if I send them…with the application I have, are my scores a liability, attribute, neither…or is my app good enough so I don’t have to send them?

Thanks for the advice!
