applyinig to the naval academy

how exactly do you do it...what is the process..what are the prerequisites...what do you need...i wanna know everything

Start by going to usna.edu and reading the section on applying to USNA. It has almost everything you need to know. After you've read that, come back with questions and we'll be happy to answer.

Beefs just look around this site and most of your questions will be addressed. Good luck.

Make sure you have at least a semester or so. 'Tis not like applying to your state u, or even lil ol Hahvad. They don't require a reading out loud test, dental xrays, or how many pullups can you do in 2 hours physical fitness exam. And when you're done with that, here are 12 essay questions to write before you show. Make sure they're Pulitzer quality.

Jk, but it's a process like none other you'll give a go. Good luck.

2 hours? Whistle Pig i think you've gone crazy

you already knew that.

beefs: as you will find out, applying to the USNA takes lots of work and lots of motivation...

to start, read the USNA catalogue (as suggested)
I would add to that reading Smallwoods bood "A candidate's guide to the USNA"...available on Amazon.com (we found that to be an excellent starting point to the whole process)

Next, do go to the USNA.edu website and go to the admissions page....there is lots of information there on the admission process.

Visit the academy if you can- they offer an information session through the admissions office, however attending after you have read through the above material would be helpful.

Last, do come here with questions- lots of folks have been through the process and can help you answer any questions that you have- but do your homework first!

Best of luck!
