April ACT: What did you think?

CI180- i thought it was y=ax + 2, not + 1, or am i delusional again?

im almost positive it's 1.
and i think CI180 is talking about a different question, where the answer was y=-x+1

it was +2. i remember that.

Woah, sorry, I mixed up the problems.

I think it was 2/3rds, you solved it by finding the slope from (6,6) and the other point or something, I can't really remember; my apologies. Another one was -1, I forgot the specific problem.

the part about the narrator's mother had ola saying -referencing diane- to the narrator as something like "your mother was so embarrassed about the paint"

was their first meeting accidental .. helped my the daughter?

I think the answer was that it had the potential to be (some descriptive word here) but ended up with their cooperation? or something like that

i said the one that was something to the effect of it would have been a fight, but because of their personalities, it was good.

that's what i put, summerinthecity

it was a potentially bitter but ended up ok or whatever

Yeah, I believe it was something about potential for a fight, but the personalities turned it into a collaboration. None of the other answers were relevant.

In the hamburger one, the trickiest one (I thought) was the "whose views does [lines] not represent?". I thought it was the corporate guys or whatever (the last answer) by process of elimination...it couldn't be the Auburn guys since they came up with the product and were promoting it because they believed it superior, it couldn't be the nutritionists because they're nutritionists, nor could it be the people marketing the new hamburgers.

was one of the choices about mcdonalds?

yeah, i put the corporate execs too.

Yeah. The McDonalds corporate guys or something like that.

wasnt the Mcdonalds one like the first choice or whatever, and the execs were the last one?

execs at the time of the article release

i put "fast food chain execs"
the mcdonalds one was different. and it definitely wasnt that one because why would they be against promoting their own burger.

what do you think the curve for reading will be?

weren't two of the choices about corporate workers and i think i put the other one as the answer over mcdonalds one

did you say that piano was good for solo performances?
