APs affect on college transcripts?

I'm a rising Senior.. here are my APs so far

Stat - 5
Calc AB - 5
APUSH - 5
APES - 5
Biology - 4
English Language/Compo - 3

Will that 3 hurt me a lot? I was really surprised, cuz I thought the MCs were surprisingly easy and I only screwed up on 1 of the 2 FRs.

Oh, and I got a 690 on the SAT II Biology (I know, I screwed up on both the SAT and APs).. I got a B in that class, btw. Planning to major in pre-med/microbiology, so.. what should I do? Take the SAT II Bio again?

A 3 is a perfectly fine score. You shouldn't worry about it. It makes you seem more human to the college and stand out more than the many lists of 5s some people get.

AP scores are not considered strongly, if at all, in college applications. Don't worry about the 3. Scores are self-reported, so you don't even have to put it down.

Ohhhhh Ok! So should I put down the 3 or not? Only 1 of my colleges (UNC) requires a 4 to get credit, actually.

And.. what if someone lies puts like a 4 instead of a 3? How do colleges find out?

In order to get credit, once you agree to go there, you have to send your official score report. That's when the college will know that you lied and can take disciplinary action against you. (And if you're not going to a school, it doesn't matter anyway.)

Omg don't cheat

A 3 is perfectly fine. Friend got a 3 on the same test and will be entering Columbia (of course he was also valedictorian).

Cheating won't help you. Even if you are admitted, they will see that on the score report and rescind your admission.

That's what I thought.

One more question though. Since I moved from another state prior to my Junior year, my Stat AP score didn't show up on the report they mailed with all my '07 scores. Should I just put my Stat AP score on the application as well? I mean, I think my current high school has a copy of my scores report when I first transfered.

Bump
