Just curious about a few things.

about aps.
so this year i was aiming to take 4 APs and hopefully landing 5s on all of them. after taking 2/4 of them(Chem and Psych)[probably got a 3 and 5] i don't think i can pull 5s or even 4s on Macro/Micro.

Anyways my main problem is when i apply to college next year, how will colleges look at my AP test grades? do i send them in after i am accepted ? cause i am self studying macro/micro and imo ima bomb it xD.(probably a 2/3 range but if i pull this allnighter i will probably get 4s). and i don't want colleges to see grades that i bomb. But certainly if i do well and hand them in will my chances of getting into the college increase? But then i wish to be a sciencemajor so macro/micro will be useless in terms of college credit.

So basically should i take my macro/micro exams seriously if i wish to be a science major in college? Will it help improve my chances of getting into a college if i do well when i have self-studied both courses? or would it not even help me at all?

sighh i am like cracking down from all this pressure. wished i never acted so 'smart' and challenge myself like this...

I don’t think getting 4’s will really help your app. Even getting 5’s might not be important. If you get a 2, though, it might be a detriment. I guess you should strive for 4s but it’s not that important.

Well then don’t send in all your scores. After all, I think taking the AP class is worth more on an application than the exam score.

Yes, eventually the college you choose will get your scores, but thats more about like whether you can get credit or not. They probably won’t kick you out, unless they see you get like all 1’s and 2’s lol

wait so eventually i have to hand in all my scores?

Lemme reiterate:

When you apply to colleges, you DO NOT have to send them all your scores.

However, when the college accepts you and you agree to go, they WILL GET A COPY of ALL scores.
