APs for next year

I'm contemplating my schedule next year for my senior year! This year I took 2 APs (music theory and APES) and I was not stressed at all. Next year I'm currently signed up for AP Lit, Stats, Bio, and Spanish. For Spanish I am very good at grammar and vocab but my speaking and listening skills aren't amazing however, I'm going to Costa Rica for four weeks this summer which will hopefully improve these skills. I'm interested in bio and I'm good at memorizing. Stats I'm not sure what to expect, I think it will probably be easy. Lit is what I'm most worried about because reading dense passages makes me so bored but it's the only advanced/honors level English class for seniors offered at my school. I'm also really interested in Psychology and although it's not offered at my school, I'm debating taking it online. Do you think this is feasible if I'm working a part time job (weekends from 12-4 and sometimes on Monday nights) with one study hall every other day for the year while managing college apps, scholarships, etc.? Any shared experiences with these classes or this many classes would be appreciated!
