I already have a brand new REA study guide that my friend traded to me, but everyone on this board recommends Amsco. If I want to get a 5, do I really need to get Amsco, even though I already have REA? I won't put money before grades, so if it is gonna be really beneficial I might get Amsco. Any input?

If you already bought REA it’s fine. Don’t worry, very few people on CC buy both and do a comparison, trust me.

REA is completely fine. A few people in my school last year received a 5 on the exam using REA and the textbook. It isn’t so much about what resources you have available to you, but it’s more about how you choose to utilize what is available to you.

thanks guys, you just saved me $30!

i used rea, boycotted amsco and got a 5 XD

last year, i read the whole class textbook
then used REA and crash course and got a 5 and a 760 on the subject test

I used AMSCO in place of my textbook all year and just read REA the day before the semester exam and the AP.
