yeah

I only started studying for APUSH like, starting Monday. I've got the PR book and i'm writing down all important details, highlighting like crazy, taking the little quizlet things at the end of each chapter. I'm at the beginning of American Democracy right now (1824-1844) any chance to get done by Friday?

I'm going to be at this till about 11 tonight (about 8 hours more, yeah I'm really no lifing this ;)) and will probably pull another 3-9 with a few breaks in between tomorrow too.

I would REALLY like to get done with everything today, and take a test or two tomorrow. Possible to finish 100 pages and about 150 years of history in 8 hours?

You’ll have to work your a** off. ;O
I read the entire AMSCO thing in 5 hours yesterday (but that’s because I’ve got most of the highlighting done before).

I think you can do it, as long as you really do work hard until 11pm.

i’ve given myself 15mins of freedom before unplugging my internet and really hitting it hard.

What’s AMSCO? I have the PR, will it be enough?

I don’t know about the PR, to be honest, because I don’t use it. One of my friends is using PR (because she can’t get the AMSCO review book for some reason), and she likes it. I’m sure you’ll be finee.

AMSCO is probably THE most recommended review book for APUSH. It’s thorough but once you read through it a couple of times, you really feel like you know everything :)

how the hell did you read amsco in 5 hours? … not possible.

if you read amsco you’re gravy.

you can do it if you are good at history and have good reading skills. For me, it’s hard to read AMSCO in short time cuz english is my second language. if you try hard you can do it :)

Ack, I highlighted it so much already, I was practically skimming through it.
When I first went over it (spring break) it took me about 3 days.

English is my second language too! x)

You can do it, and cover everything, but the question is CAN you internalize it?

I can probably start now and cover all relevant material in AMSCO, but if I was reading it my first time, then most things would probably bounce off of me.

i still haven’t started studying

oh yeah cool kid right here

I’m having a lot of those ‘oh yeah’ moments. I had the class last semester, and as I keep reading things definately sound familiar. It’s just the nitty gritty stuff that i’m a bit worried about…

Is a base 5, about 63%, tough?
