Hi. Does anyone have a list of notable Supreme Court Decisions that are likely to come out on the AP exam? Why don't we start a thread of important Supreme Court Decisions to aid our studies?

Marbury v. Maryland
McCullough v. Maryland
Plessy v. Ferguson
Brown v. Board of Education
Roe v. Wade
Gideon v. Wainwright
Engel v. Vitale

Those are many of the more likely ones

Most of them appeared on the 2008 APUSH test.

Cliff Notes AP AmGov has a list of like 50 important ones if you're really hardcore. :)

Marbury v. Madison
McCullough v. Maryland
Dred Scott v. Sanford (I think?)
Brown v. Board of Education
Plessy v. Ferguson
Slaughterhouse Cases
Korematsu v. U.S.

Just some off the top of my head from this year

^blindtrombonist - Was the 2008 test released? What test are yu referring to?
Crash Course has a thematic chapter devoted to key Supreme Court cases and trials. Says that there is no need to study 50+ cases. Only 16 have appeared on the APUSH exam. Top 5 are - Marbury v. Madison, Dred Scott, Plessy v. Ferguson, Scopes Trial and Brown v. Board of Ed.

I took the 2008 test last year. I don't know whether it's been released or not, but I'm fairly certain all but a couple of the ones I mentioned were on that test.
