APUSH - 5 (I must have been a good guesser b/c I bombed the DBQ)

Yeah retention of information

APUSH - 5 (I must have been a good guesser b/c I bombed the DBQ)
SATII month later 760

Yeah retention of information

Yes, 5...but the DBQ on women was a gift, frankly. And on that one I really thought my answer was going to be counted off-topic because I brought in so much outside info on women in Victorian England.

I think my history teacher told me that they graded the DBQ a little easier because a lot of students had trouble with it. They felt the wording was confusing or something... Either that or they adjusted the grading scale to compensate.

Ah--that accounts for it :) But in general, I thought, the essays were easier than I expected them to be, and the MC harder.

Yeah--the cult of domesticity DBQ was a gift from God.

I rejoiced when I read it..right up my alley. lol

AP US History: 3

whatever

I got a 5. The only hard part was lessening my hand's pain.

How much do you have to write for the other two essays? I think I only wrote 1.5 pages for each, but like 3.5 for the DBQ. I was kind of rambling on that...

AP US history: 4 the essays sucked!!

I got a 5! I was kind of expecting a 4 due to the essays, but I found the multiple choice pretty easy. Congrats to everyone on their scores.

apus:4 sat2: 720

lol im ok with it. should've done better on both, but MC is not my strongsuit and while essay's normally compensate for that i know i blew one of them on the ap (aka i deserve what i got). and ha, there aren't any essays on the sat2! this might also explain getting a 5 on the bio ap as the essays were illll and getting a 670 on the sat2. (erlack)

did anyone NOT pass?

those people don't know how to use the internet

Only around half of the people who took the test passed.

where does that statistic come from?

AP Central perhaps????

I got a 5, although I wrote off topic on the essay about the progressives' loss of momentum in the 1920s.

^whats off topic considered? Cause I think I wrote off topic about the federal government thing after the civil war.

My history teacher told me 53% of the people taking the test passed this year. Last year 50.4% of the people taking the test passed according to the College Board website.
5 AP, 770 SATII
I knew i had either bombed the essay or schooled it, because I did that random essay comparing Spanish and American colonies. I pulled out knowledge from my fourth grade class when we studied missions and california history, and I didn't know if the info was true or if I had just dreamed it or something. The SATII was pretty easy after the AP, essays are stressful.
