how is hamilton for arceaology and anthropology? Tell me as much as you can, please!!

The arch department is wonderful but small at Hamilton. Last semester I took arch 101, which was an extremely interesting class for those who were interested in it. It was not a cakewalk, as most expected it to be, but I enjoyed the work for the class and worked hard on it and in return did well. The professor was WONDERFUL, as were the TAs and another professor who came in to help us with some labs. If you’re interested in arch, you’ll most likely be working in the geo department as well and they are WONDERFUL too.

The only complaint I have with the archaeology dept is that it’s so small that one class I really want to take is only offered every other year or something. However, I am continuing in the archaeology department with their advanced lab class, as well as the geo department with two of their lab classes.

I’ve never heard a bad thing about anthro at Hamilton - I believe that I’ve actually only heard wonderful things about the classes and the professors.

thank you :-D
