This is my first post on CC. I’ve just been accepted to both Cooper Union and Pratt Institute for architecture. They’re both my top choices, but I just don’t know which to choose! Any advice? Advice from current students or alumni would be particularly helpful. Thanks in advance!
Normally, it would be Cooper, hands down. But now, given their current situation, the institution might be in jeopardy.
If you got a good scholarship to Pratt, making it’s cost the same as Cooper, go for it. Pratt at least has a consistent ranking within the Top 10 and you have dorms, an actual campus etc.

If not, go for Cooper Union.
You should post your question on the Architecture Majors board of this site. There are quite a few Cooper Union recent acceptees and current students active there.
