Are 4 classes in SD Community College too much to take on?

I am taking 4 classes at City and Mesa Community College this Spring semester. I am not an American but my English is pretty good and I didn't have any problems in first 2 weeks of class. I attended a college in Poland for one year then didn't study for 5 years and no I am back in school, in the US for the first time.
I am taking:
Sociology 101
History of USA 109
Psychology 101
Intro to Business 101

I am currenly not working but looking for a job and would like to work 30-40 hours a week. When I enrolled these 4 classes I didn't think it was going to be too much work but now after 2 weeks seems like I will have to study at home more than I expected.
Do you think I should drop one of the classes? Do you think my 12 units is too much to work and study full time? or maybe 12 units is not that bad? Today is the deadline to drop classes and I am not sure what to do. It's my first year in college and i simply don't know what to expect. Will appreciate any answers and advices!:)

Sorry I didn’t answer this before the drop deadline …

Anyway, that’s not a horrible workload. No science/math classes, so you should be OK.

Um, suggestion, though? If you’re going to a community college, I suggest you look at MCC. Though those schools probably have more courses, they’re also lacking in money. MiraCosta College is doing well for itself, because they’re funded differently. Teachers are among the highest paid of all higher education institutions in the nation. Also, we have an HSP, meaning if you plan to transfer, UC schools look at you a little harder.

Just sayin’.
