Does the interviewers know anything about you? I plan on giving him/her my resume (if I get an interview of course XD)

We know what concentration you applied for and some basic, high-level information about what you’re extra curricular interests were.

For example, I’ll see, “Biology” and “Marching band, volunteer at hospital, president of Spanish Honor Society”.

Read the “Featured Discussion” called Brown Interview FAQ and Answers. Should answer all your questions.

Also, no real need to bring a resume, and it will affirmatively turn some interviewers off. The interview is about what you’re like outside of your resume.

Thanks for the replies! Should I say (or will they already know) I’m applying PLME ED? (Couldn’t find the answer on the FAQ). I guess I’ll have a lot to talk about considering I’m putting polar opposites for concentration choices.

Yes, we know if you are PLME – although some interviewers may not notice that notation (I often forget to look at the student data before the interview). And we also know if an applicant applied ED.

It’s OK to bring a resume. You can offer it if it seems appropriate, but don’t be surprised or read anything into it if the interviewer turns it down, or takes it without even looking at it.
