Are AP Science courses at school needed to get into a combined BA/DDS dental program?

I have a choice between taking AP Biology or Honors Physics, both of which are the hardest courses at my school and could most likely affect not only my 4.0 GPA (which is probably the most important thing for straight dental programs because many don't seem as if they do weighted GPA) and can affect my extracurriculars as I would be spending so much time on one of these two classes. These are the only 2 "weighted" AP/honors science courses at my school. Do I need to take it to get into a straight combined BA/DDS dental program, such as Columbia, UPenn, NYU, BU, Tufts? or should I just take regular physics and save my GPA?
