Which of these 11th grade high school science courses to take versus just taking AP exam and not the class?
My councelor made a huge mistake on my schedule and did not give me a science class. I have to choose my classes for junior (11th grade) year in high school. I am a highly motivated and high-achieving student interested in going into the dental field (i.e. interned for 2 dentists/orthodontists the last 2 summers) and applying to straight combined BA/DDS straight out of high school. However, I am a bit confused on what courses I should take in terms of science. Right now I am concerned about what courses to take that would help me get into these competitve programs.

I have already taken Honors Biology (9th grade) and Honors Chemistry (10th grade). I was wondering is it's better to take AP Chemistry, AP Biology, Regular Physics, Anatomy/Physiology, or Honors Physics. I do have a 4.0 unweighted GPA in 9th and 10th grade. The Honors Physics teacher at my school has not given an A to a student since he started teaching at my school. I know I will work my hardest, but I don't want to hurt my GPA as I know GPA is one of the most important factors in these straight programs. Regular Physics is not an AP/honors class but I will still get the education. If I take Regular Physics, I would take Anatomy/Physiology along with Regular Physics so I get 2 science courses (however, these are 2 regular courses, which concerns me a bit). Since my councelor made a mistake and didn't get me a science class, the only way I can get AP Chemistry or AP Biology is by trying to either take the class at a different nearby high school (school is still not certain on whether or not this is possible). However, for AP Biology, I might have a chance of getting it at my school, but I will be wait-listed, so it is not guaranteed. However, if I don't get it, I don't want this to hurt me while I am trying to get into competitive colleges, especially in the medical/dental field which requires high level science courses. How do I fix this problem or help this not be a problem for college? What could I do to explain this? Should I just take Regular Physics, then study AP Biology or AP Chemistry on my own, and finally just take the AP exams for these courses since I won't be able to take the course (but I will still get those credits and be able to show the colleges I am advanced in these subjects)? Should I take AP Biology/AP Chemistry on an online course or community college (will not count for school, however)?

What do you suggest I should do?
