Would any go so far as calling asians the "Master Race"? Hahaha Jaykay...

*Sorry if its a little out of everyone's taste.

In actuality, the Jews would be the master race (I'm asian). Just look at them, they're smart, and sucessful in business. Plus, they have an inherent advantage in that they look white. (or is white?) In America, many asians get to a "glass ceiling"(mostly occurs in business), in which there is a limit that asians can advance to the top. (obviously for race reasons)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass_ceiling

you spelled asian wrong

HAHAHAHAHAH...does anyone find it a bit ironic of the suggestion that Jews might be the master race (no matter how true it may be)? HAHAHAHA.

I spelled asian wrong? Where!?!?!?

Not really.

not you, the first poster

"According to many studies, Ashkenazi Jews have the highest average intelligence of any ethnic group as measured by IQ, leading East Asians, who also perform highly in IQ. Many of these studies indicate that the primary Ashkenazi advantage is in verbal reasoning and the East Asian advantage in spatial (mathematical) reasoning.

Ashkenazi Jews also perform highly in correlated areas. For example, while only 0.25% of the world population is Jewish, Jewish scientists make up 28% of Nobel prize winners in physics, chemistry, medicine, and economics, and have accounted for more than half of world chess champions. In the U.S., Ashkenazi Jews represent 2% of the population, but have won 40% of the US Nobel Prizes in science, and 25% of the ACM Turing Awards (the Nobel-equivalent in computer science). A significant decline in the number of Nobel prizes awarded to Europeans and a corresponding increase in the number of prizes awarded to US citizens occurred at the same time as Nazi persecutions of Jews during the 1930s and the Holocaust during the 1940s.

Whether this difference in IQ and achievement is due entirely to a culture of study and vocational training (environment), or partially to a difference in genetic variables, is presently unknown and controversial."

Ironic, but true. May I also apply this to the fact the humans tend to prejudice smart people. That's why the geek/nerds are always targeted.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashkenazi

wat are the comprable statistics for relative percentage of asians and scientifc awards recieved. I am sure they are just as good, and if not better, than the Jews.

And your point being...?

(It feels like degrading my race, but for objectiveness's sake) Jews in relative comparsion of their small population have achieved significantly. Though there are many east asians that do get nobel prizes and such, east asians comprise more of the world than any other race. Therefore, in efficiency-wise, Jews have been more successful.

But on the otherhand, the average Jew does have more opportunities than the average east asian. As the standard of living improves in Asia, the gap will be narrowed or perhaps there will be an inverse gap.

Academically.

Asians > Jews > Other Whites > Blacks > Hispanics

The prevailing trend I have noticed in my three years of high school. Please don't call me racist people (Ad hominem doesn't add any insight to this thread)...I also think this trend applies to scientific achievements as well. Someone check the figures on that one. I'm too lazy to check haha..

does it really matter who's smarter? what does count is how you can take what you've learned and help people

I know. Why must we generalize races.

True...its more a matter of curiosity though. I wanna find out if theirs more scientific evidence to support this trend I witness.

Dude, how about this, i believe Jews deserve the Holocaust becuase of there stupid minds thinking there smarter than Germans Or Asians

I think its a bit fruitless, because in terms of genetics the races are a lot similar then we'd imagine. So its more of a cultural generalization instead.

Julio, ***? I hope you are kidding.

Yeah i was just kidding, i was watching a funny movide regarding jews and i thought it was too racism

A stupid outcome that comes from generalizing races like this:

"Asians > Jews > Other Whites > Blacks > Hispanics"

is that we discredit the individual. At my school, some Asian students who smoke/drink still glorify at the fact that they might be a bit advanced in math, or the fact that their race is smarter. If they're called stupid/dumb, they often comback with the fact that "My race knows more than yours."

I fail to see how the fact that one race group may score higher on IQ tests or are considered "smarter" really benefits each of us as one person. If "my race knows more than yours," you still didn't defend your own self at all.

"May I also apply this to the fact the humans tend to prejudice smart people. That's why the geek/nerds are always targeted."

JuLio1225, L@@k ^^^

"I think its a bit fruitless, because in terms of genetics the races are a lot similar then we'd imagine. So its more of a cultural generalization instead."

We will never know unless we perform the social experiment I mentioned... (I believe it's cultural factors though)
