I'm a senior now, and applying to Northwestern ED. Math is really not my strong suit, and I'm struggling in pre-calculus with a solid B. I've only made one B before (an 89) and it was in another math class sophomore year. Do you think that this will significantly hurt my chances?

No....

Assuming you still have a strong overall GPA and class rank, you're fine.

my weighted GPA is currently a ~3/9/4.43 and I'd still be ranked in the top 10%, probably 5%.
