Are Elite SAT tests harder than CollegeBoard tests?

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if the Elite tests are made harder. I score in the high 1900s and low 2000s on those tests. I am a bit worried because I want to score around a 2200. Have any of you guys taken the Elite Summer SAT Bootcamp?

As a matter of fact, I’m taking Elite right now.

I score about 200-300 points higher on the actual SAT test than on the Elite test. Which Elite center are you taking it at?

ELITE tests typically score around 100 points below your actual SAT Collegeboard score. I know this from personal experience. Writing tends to address more tricky grammar issues, Critical Reading requires you to have a complex train of thought (harder), Math is more on the difficult end… Sentence completion uses ELITE vocab though.

Do not sweat. I got 1990 on an elite test and then 2340 the week after when elite gave us a real sat test for the weekly test.

You don’t need the Elite SAT tests other than the fact they give you an inaccurate representation of your SAT score, especially when you look at the official materials released by the makers of the SAT:

Wow thanks for the links. Yea I guess you’re right about the Elite tests giving an inaccurate representation of my score. But the practice was overkill so it seemed to help. I went up to a 2110 when they administered the real test. I was beginning to think that maybe the class wasn’t helping but in the end it did. Thanks again!
