Are Hybrid Smart Watches allowed on the sat?

Currently, the one analog watch I have is a hybrid smartwatch (It is a Fossil Q Activist). It connects to my phone but it dial is not a screen, it looks and functions mostly like a regular analog watch. You can get vibration notifications and track steps with one of the dials. The reason I want to use it is because it has a stopwatch function, so it is easier to see how much time has surpassed. That being said, are hybrid smart watches allowed?

And if not, is a digital watch that doesn’t connect to the internet like a Timex watch allowed?

I don’t know for sure, and most likely, some test centers would have a problem while others wouldn’t even notice it. To be safe I’d just use a mechanical watch. I wouldn’t want to risk anything. A digital watch like a Timex is allowed.
