<p>I have two additional essays. One is the standard additional essay, and then I decided to add another one under the “Additional Information” section (do you think this is okay??).</p>
<p>They’re both approx. 250 words… is that too short? Looks more like a short answer…</p>
<p>my optional essay was ~330 words. if you say what you want to say concisely, i'm sure they won't mind it one bit :)</p>

<p>Yeah, mine's in the mid-300s. If it's a good essay that says what you want it to say, you're fine.</p>
<p>My optional essay was ~1000 words, but I had a lot of stuff to write about. Don't write more unless it's important and will really contribute something to the essay and the application.</p>
