Are my credentials good enough for Case Western University?

I'm a junior.

SAT Bio: 710
SAT Chem: taking it at end of school year
ACT: Averaging 28ish on practice exam...have the rest of the school year to get it up to a 30+
GPA: 3.4ish (I know really bad) and 4.2 on the weighted scale

Coursework/extracurricular: I am in a pre-med program, and this is my 3rd year. I am in the EMT pathway. I am in dual credit, and by the time I graduate from high school, I will have around 60 semester hours of coursework (I have a 4.0 college GPA, with 4 classes/14 hours, right now if that will help at all :D) Ummm...I took AP World History last year, CLEP Biology last year (like the AP Bio exam...made my college board) and passed it, I'm taking AP Chemistry this year, and will be taking AP Physics next year. Dual credit I took....Psychology, Biology I, US History 1 &2. I am currently taking English 1301/1302 and Government 2301/Econ 2301 dual...and next year/next summer I will be taking: Calculus I, Stat, Calculus II, Differential Equations, Anatomy and Physiology I, English 2322/2323, Anatomy and Physiology II, Sociology, EMT, and that's....it.

I'm a really smart/intelligent kid I guess, I just don't show it with my GPA. I'm like the King of Procrastination and now my laziness is killing my chances of getting into a good college. At first, I was like, "I will just go to a state university. All that matters is my grades in college, and what medical school I go to" , but then I discovered Rice, and how much I fit in there....but my chances are pretty dim with Rice. I go to Physics lectures on Saturdays (once a month) and I love it!

But anyways, what are my chances on getting into Case Western? I still have a year (and summer) to get my GPA up too...

And also..I think something is wrong with the calculations on my transcript. Because my grades average out to no less than an 88-89..how can that possibly equate to a 3.4 unweighted and a 4.2 weighted? Even my counselor is like, stunned and doesn't understand why, but she doesn't want to help. She's lazy and no help whatsoever. My rank is in the top 20% too btw.

Also, Clubs:

I am in Teen CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), HOSA, National Spanish Honors Society, Responders, and the Christian Club

If you can bump up your GPA and your ACT score, I think you’ll have a decent chance of being admitted. The good news is that, since you’re still a junior, you have enough time to accomplish these things. But you need to get started right now. This will also give you an opportunity to develop some good study habits. Trust me, you would not want to be a procrastinator at Case Western. Good luck!
