Are my ECs pretty good for a school like Duke

Will these be competitive for schools like Duke?

I know ECs don't matter that muchbut I have a competivive ACT (33) and good grades (maybe just a bit below Dukes average) but I want to know if my ECs are good enough (and not seriously lacking)

These are not in order of importance

Cross Country (Frosh Captain) (1 yr)
Indoor Track (will be 4 years, have won/placed at some big competitions)
outdoor Track (will be 4 yrs)
Student Council (elected) ( a little over 3 yrs, have a leadership posisition)
NHS/Tutoring
Contributor for Newspaper (2 yrs)
Founder of GAA club (Irish sports- 2 yrs, prob have some leadership like captain/pres)
founded a school fan club, also Prez (2 yr)

Interned at colligate baseball league for 2 years (game day operations)
Wrote and helped edit theiryearbook for 3 years
Internship in the British Governmet for a month
Mowed lawns during spring/summer/fall as a job 4 yrs

I know I don't have the best ECs in the world, but are they competitive enough to kinda stand out and not be lacking? Thanks so much.

Try to concentrate on just a few. The cross country looks like what you are most passionate about as well as the internship. The other stuff looks life fluff. Concentrate on using what you learned in your internship and applying it to your running. Use your leadership skills to organize an event that is helpful in some way to your school or community. Colleges are not interested in everything you participated in (anyone can participate) but what you did with it.

Pratt’s mid-50% ACT is 31-34; Trinity has a point or two lower than that. Pratt tends to be more number driven. Other than this general observation, your ECs are just dime a dozen for Duke applicants. Not bad, not outstanding either.
