Call your local state rep or state senators office ASAP. They can cut through the
red tape and get to a decision maker. This scam school must have been known in their district. Do this today and with parents.
A few years ago there was a football player who went to an unaccredited school that closed. He couldn’t get a transcript or any record of his classes. Although he did graduate from a public high school, he could not get through the clearing house for an NCAA school. He had a lot of people trying to help him, but no one could get the records (if there were such things) that he’d actually attended or taken the required classes.
He had to go to a junior college with no athletic aid until he could get through the NCAA clearing house. Those unaccredited schools do exist in Florida.

I just read a story about the terrible situation with multiple schools run by for-profits hiding under “charter school” shells in Florida. I figured you might be interested, although it doesn’t help.

BF: you need to make satisfactory progress and if you lose it one semester, it’s lost forever. So, you have to choose your courses and balance them carefully.
