Are my scores good enough for Harvard?

I know there's no magic formula to get in, I just wanted to make sure my scores are competitive enough. I got a 2240 on the march SAT so I refused to take it again.

But I took the May subject tests and I got a 630 on Biology M, a 710 on US history, and a 780 on Literature.

Is the 780 good to go, and should I only retake the other two? Or should I aim for an 800 (which I could get) and retake all 3? I took the May tests with absolutely no preparation, so I was hoping that with prep this time I'll get closer to 800. I also just took my Biology exam, so I reviewed a lot of bio.

So questions!
1) if I retake them all, will some colleges see ALL test scores? Someone told me yale and harvard require every test score to be sent in.
2) is taking 3 in one sitting wise? I did best on lit, then history, then bio and I took them in that order..
3) I was only taking 3 because I wanted scores to pick from. Should I just focus on getting history and lit super high, and forget about bio prep?

check the websites, I think Yale requires all, but unsure about Harvard.

Y and H only need 2 subject tests, so why send in Bio? I think your history and literature scores are pretty solid.

only you can decide. are you strong in science? if not, concentrate on the one you know best.

780 lit is definitely good enough for any school.

Def. retake the USH, but the Lit is fine. If you need a good USH review, i suggest REA’s APUSH crash course: I got an 800 on SATII USH by just spending 2-3 weeks reading REA.
