I've taken the SATs two times, with the second time receiving a score of 650/ 680/ 570 in reading/math/writing, respectively. I took a full practice test from "The Official SAT study guide" from collegeboard and it says I scored 680/800/680. I'm really doubting I can score that on an actual test. Are the practice tests an accurate assessment of how I'll really do?

The first three tests are actual SATs, so the answer is yes (unless you gave yourself too much time, etc.).

To a lesser extent, the answer is also yes for the last 7 tests, note that you get a score range as opposed to a single score for the reason that the last 7 tests were not administered.
