Are the rooms/apts still subject to change?

<p>I need to know my changed address because of my insurance and so forth, but I have no idea what my new apartment number is going to be. I know in the housing website you could choose your own rooms/apts but they said they were subject to change... (last year they switched my room at the last possible moment that they had to kick somebody out. Apparently my roommate doesn't remember this so they might've lied to me.. I don't know, she moved in like 5 hours earlier than me) I was wondering if anybody moved in yet and they actually moved in to the room they signed up for on the housing website. I'm going to call the housing people, I'm just out of the country and I'm having problems calling them during office hours...</p>

<p>I ended up getting the room I was scheduled for by the USC Housing Portal. USC Housing also gave me my requested roommate, as expected. My friend, however, had confirmed roommates with her friend, but USC Housing broke them up for some reason.</p>

Thanks for the info, I also wrote to them and they confirmed rooms could be switched until I actually physically move in :P that sucks. Well they said I can still send stuff over there since they'll sort it out by my name</p>
