I would love to have a job on the side doing freelance photography for weddings,baby showers, births etc. If photography was a strong career for freelance, I would make it my major. Also, I was wondering if it was too hard to Double Major in Photography and another major?</p>

<p>It depends a lot on your stats. The Brown/Rhode Island School of Design joint degree would be great if your stats are really high. You might check on CC’s art major thread although those may be strictly art schools, but there should be some discussion of good art departments. You can probably minor in studio art at almost any school and then focus on photography but smaller schools may not have extensive offerings----find schools that match your scores and check out their art courses.</p>
