<p>Read through everything there, then contact the counselors at the advising center closest to where you live. They will almost certainly tell you that it will be almost impossible to get aid for fall 2013, and that you shout wait and apply for admission for fall 2014 instead.</p>
<p>If you don’t need aid it is a completely different situation. Many places have rolling admissions and will accept international students in March or even later. The difficulty then, is having enough time to get through the paperwork and interview for a student visa.</p>
<p>Community colleges and many less selective four year schools have later application deadlines.</p>

Um and about SAT/TOEFL …nope, I dont have any of that, but it’s not a problem.
I’ll get it done in no time. I’ve done an example of those two tests, and they weren’t that hard :)</p>
<p>Well, it is important to notice that you need all of that to apply, and you have to register for all of that a month or so before. You should really hurry a little :)</p>
