The college I am attending this fall does not offer online summer classes for incoming freshman. Are there any colleges out there that offer online classes that can be transferable to another college? I don’t mean schools like DeVry or Phoenix.
For example, would Penn State have online classes that could offer credit to be transferred for a student heading to Boston University?
