Are there any online summer classes for incoming freshman?

<p>The college I am attending this fall does not offer online summer classes for incoming freshman. Are there any colleges out there that offer online classes that can be transferable to another college? I don't mean schools like DeVry or Phoenix.</p>

<p>For example, would Penn State have online classes that could offer credit to be transferred for a student heading to Boston University?</p>

<p>Whether a particular school will accept a course completed at another institution is entirely dependent upon the school and course(s). Ask the school you are going to attend what procedure is necessary or recommended to successfully transfer courses.</p>
