Are there any scholarships for a perfect SAT Math score?

I somehow managed to pull off an 800 on the math section of the SAT. (YEEEAAAAHHH)

So I am really happy about my accomplishment.

Now, enough celebrating, I am asking you CCers if there are any scholarships that reward student with high SAT Math scores.

Before y’all start bashing on me how an 800 on SAT math isn’t a big deal, I KNOW.

I know that an 800 on any section of the SAT isn’t THAT big of a deal.

But I still want to know, if there are any scholarships for a high SAT math score.

Thanks!

I can’t think of any just for one section of the SAT. However, if your CR score is not horrendous, you probably have a good CR+M score, that could get you (with a decent GPA) pretty good scholarship money at state universities.

And congratulations on your Math score. I am sincerely impressed.

Congratulations on that math score! What’s your combined CR + M? That’s the score that will qualify you for scholarships. If you need to raise your CR score, that’s okay too. Many schools will superscore, so if you retake the SAT you can combine your new CR score with that 800M.

Wow, that was really fast!

My CR + M score is 1430. (CR: 630, M: 800)

And I have a pretty high GPA (Don’t know what it is on a 4.0 scale though).

I guess 1430 would be enough for some money??

By the way, thank you for congratulating me for my accomplishment!

Thank you!

My CR + M score is 1430 (CR being 630).

When you mean scholarships, does that include scholarships from private institutions?

Are you a junior or senior

You need to bring the CR up for any substantial scholarships based on Merit. Most have a cutoff, for example they will say…You need a combined M+CR of 1500… So, try studying and taking again, because you need to bring up your CR> BUT, 800 on math is awesome.

I am a senior.

Thank you! But sadly I am a senior… so I can’t take the SAT again and send the scores on time…
