<p>I second the Covel bathroom being the nicest. Honestly I sometimes think that the bathroom in Covel is one of the nicest public bathrooms I've had the chance to experience. And yes... I do keep comprehensive ratings of all bathrooms I've ever been in. :)</p>
<p>yes the toilet water is pretty good here. the city of LA has pretty good water, to be honest.</p>
<p>i agree humanities bathroom is the best! Kaufman is pretty nice too. bunche 6th floor is good too.</p>
