Are these good EC's? (Ivy-League worthy)

Say it's combines with a 3.9 GPA and 2200 on the SAT, 700-800 on SAT II, and 5's on all APS. Very tough curriculum, all academic courses (6) were APs starting in Junior year. A total of 13 APs taken.

Varsity Softball
Spanish Club, French Club, Speech and Debate (with awards), DECA (top 20 at Nationals), Theater(working the 2 plays/musicals a year, Ive been stage manager for 2yrs, ALOT of dedication and hours involved), Band (1st chair), Red-Cross Club, Culinary Club, Volunteering at the deaf school, after-school job.

What else do I need? Spanish, french, redcross, and culinary are sort of jokes now, but for spanish club, i do volunteer at this school with a large spanishspekaking pop.

To me, at least, it seems that you're spreading yourself too wide. While there is depth involved (softball, S&D, DECA, and Theater), it's hard to glimpse at what makes you, YOU. It's sort of hard to make out what you're interested in. Do you have leadership positions in any of these activities besides stage manager? Perhaps when you are applying, focus on the one that had the most impact on you and write about it in your essay.

It looks like you have the breadth, but you need the depth. College adcoms want to see that you have been in clubs not just to put them on your resume', but also because you are really passionate about them. An example of depth would be your involvement in DECA and Speech and debate. That level of involvement shows that you are more than just a "there" participant-it shows that you are intellectually involved and have a genuine intrest in those fields. You have a strong base, but you need to show the Ivy adcoms that you stand out from the crowd. Try running for an officer position in those clubs, expanding a community service activity at your school, and participating in national level project that represents one of your chosen organizations.
