Scores are fine. Didn't you already get a reply from CMU?

SCS is typically considered the toughest school to get into. The mid-50% ranges for SCS are 650-750 (V) 720-800 (M). 700 is certainly a good score, just be aware that it is in the bottom 25% of admitted students. Also, remember that scores make you an admissible student, but they can never guarantee admission.

Yeah i already got a reply, but that time i had lower scores and got rejected for engineering. this is for scs

Your SAT scores are still on the low side for SCS. However, many factors are taken into consideration in the admissions process besides standardized tests. In any case, SCS is pretty tough to get into. The acceptance rate in previous years was around 20 % and is probably going down this year (not only for SCS, but actually for CMU as a whole) as the number of applicants is growing fast.

It's probably too late now to apply to other schools, but, next time, I suggest you also pick a few safeties/matches besides CMU. I hope you get in, but there's no way to tell given the sketchy information you have provided and the natural lack of predictibility in the college admissions process.
