Are these schools within bounds of reason? Applying to grad school (EE or CE).

I'm applying for grad school in either computer or electrical engineering. My major was actually mechanical engineering but my minor is electrical engineering. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 but my last 2.5 years I've probably averaged a GPA of 3.75 or so. For my courses related to my minor I got a 3.9 GPA. My GRE scores are: A/Q/W::?/165/156. According to this chart:

<a href="http://www.ets.org/s/gre/pdf/gre_guide.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.ets.org/s/gre/pdf/gre_guide.pdf</a></p>

that roughly corresponds to the following values based on the old GRE scale: 790-800 on the quantatative section, 550 on the verbal section, and I have yet to receive my AW score but the first time I took the GRE I received a 4.0 and I'm guessing I scored about the same this time around. I'm planning on applying to these schools but I don't know if they are within bounds of reason:

Does anyone have an opinion on the schools I should be aiming for if my intended grad field happens to be my undergrad minor? I’m afraid that I may be aiming too high.

Seems reasonable to me.
