Are transfer admissions at these schools rolling?

<p>I know freshman admissions at Rutgers and University of Michigan are rolling, but what about transfer? anyone know?</p>

it wouldn't be wise for me to apply this early considering I'm only halfway through the first semester of my freshman year would it?</p>

<p>It wouldn't matter. Your transfer application would only be complete when you had your 1st semester grades sent in so you should just wait until you complete your 1st semester and then send everything in together ifyou want more time to work in on it</p>
